Behind that scale lies a complex data landscape across factories, countries and years of accumulated systems. Reemo helped bring the most critical data migrations and integrations to a controlled, successful close.
BDR Thermea manufactures heating and cooling installations worldwide, spread across multiple brands, factories and countries. Years of growth and acquisitions had left the system landscape heavily fragmented: different SAP environments, standalone databases and PLM systems that did not always talk to each other. We mapped this landscape in full, assessed data quality and designed an approach to bring the data together reliably, from production and supply chain to finance.
The focus was on heavy, high-risk data migrations, with especially complex work in Turkey among others. We migrated PLM data and bills of materials, large production and supply-chain databases and finance data between complex SAP environments, with tight control over data quality, consistency and reconciliation. No big bang, but carefully phased and validated, so production, logistics and administration could keep running.
