Referee Abroad organises more than fifty international tournaments a year, but worked from a tangle of Excel sheets and loose emails. At that scale, overview is everything. Reemo gave IT architecture advice and built a mobile app for the referees, a dashboard for the organisation and an AI matching system that takes the real work off their hands.
We replaced loose sheets and emails with one platform: an app where referees see their assignments and a dashboard where the organisation manages tournaments, teams and people. Everything current, in one place.
At a tournament with 900 teams, the AI matching system can automatically assign the right referees to the right appointments. It also reads the mailbox, prepares template emails or sends them automatically, hugely reducing the operational load.
